John Cale ,a 70 year old teenager with pink strings in his hair , took the Vooruit by storm and left in a womb of extasy during the final of Venus in Furs. The faces around me like some Virgin Mary had appeared , near devine glowing in disbelief . I never seen a crowd so hypnotised .To leave into the cold with my body that felt like radiating in velvet electric humming sounds , it was one of the most magical  experiences in live music i  ever had. Just one beer , everything else was" the music" .
